Lottie's Way was set up in September 2016 with the aim of raising awareness of childhood strokes. Lottie Evans was aged 3 when she had a straoke caused by the Chicken pox virus and Lottie's mum and dad found that the support they received in the hours/days and weeks after Lottie had the stroke was basically none existent apart from Dr and Nurses. Lottie's family were not given any fact sheets, helplines or anything really to help them to understand what the family were going through and what the future would look like.
Lottie's Way have worked so hard over the last 12 months to raise awareness that KIDS HAVE STROKES TOO! Money donated and raised for Lottie's way will help to continue to help Lottie's Way to raise awareness with a plan to gain charitable status.
You can follow our journey through social media on either: Facebook/Twitter or Instagram.
We would like to thank all of our volunteers, fundraisers, supporters, patrons, trustees and all the families involved with Lottie's Way for their continued support to date. Without your help, our success in helping to raise awareness, would not be possible.
Please take a few minutes to look around the website and maybe you can help, whether it is to get involved, donate, or even volunteer your time, every little bit of it would be appreciated.
